Getac Diagnostic Assistant
1. Target:
● Getac Diagnostic Assistant tool for end user download and scan Getac device (Windows only) before they apply Service Request.
● Separate functions from GDMS, for Getac device simple diagnostic on key components.
2. Feature:
● Scan device BIOS version and allow user to download new BIOS if available
● Scan device EC version and allow user to download new EC if available.
● Scan Getac Utility version and allow user to download new software if available
● Check OS version
● Detect system operation hours
● Detect CPU condition
● Detect Memory condition
● Test Fan speed ( speed will be different by models and generations)
● Check thermal
● Check Battery (1) & (2) capacity
● Check storage condition and capacity, warning when capacity less than 15%.
● Detect WIFI module
● Detect Blue tooth module
● Detect GPS module
● Detect WWAN module
